Hotelzon Mobile Help

Main view

Hotelzon Mobile is an optimum service for true online and mobile hotel reservations. The available rooms can be searched and hotel reservations can be made to different room types.

The Hotelzon Mobile contains four main functions:

GPS search for GPS location assisted near future search.

Quick search City + country assisted search.

Advanced search for detailed hotel search.

My reservations for providing information and cancelling the reservations

GPS search

GPS search provides a location based search for the nights of near future. In-built GPS module or an external GPS device can be used for the location definition.

Note: To receive best accuracy to location assisted hotel search, optimum positioning settings should be activated from the tools menu.

Quick search

Quick search provides a fast search operation.

The search can be made with Country and City selection, Date of arrival can be set to the future and the number of nights can extend to 7.

Advanced search

With Advanced search more detailed search can be performed. Date of arrival can be set to the future, hotel rating can be selected, number of nights can extend to 7, hotel name, address, postal code can be entered as a free text search.

Note: Within Hotel name or address search any part of hotel name can be used.

Search results

With this view search results are displayed. List can be scrolled down and up, and hotel can be selected for hotel details.

Hotel details

With this view Hotel details can be viewed. To continue with the hotel reservation, a room type needs to be selected.

Make a reservation

Following steps include in successful reservation operation

reservation summary is displayed and confirmed when Continue is selected

traveler information is typed

guarantee information view the credit card details are typed

Submit reservation command will perform reservation request. A confirmation of successful reservation will be sent to phone number/e-mail address requested in traveler information view.

My reservations

With this view all existing reservations can be viewed and cancelled. The cancel operation is available from reservation details view.

Note: To perform a cancel operation a network connection needs to be available.
