Loyalty Club regulations

These regulations are valid for the time being. Hotelzon Finland Oy reserves the right to make changes to the regulations. Hotelzon Loyalty Club is a rewarding club for business travellers and corporate bookers in Finland.
 

• You can join the Loyalty Club fastest way by filling out the Loyalty Club  form or by asiakasklubi [at] hotelzon [dot] fi (subject: e-mail) (e-mail)
   
• Customer Club doesn't deliver gifts outside Finland. In Finland the gifts are delivered free of charge
   
• Loyalty points accumulate automatically if you are a club member as follows:

             Hotelzon Finland Oy
             hotel nights 1 point/room/night

• Only confirmed reservations entitle to loyalty points. Confirmation is six weeks from the reservation day
   
• All points are personal and you can’t transfer the points you have earned to another person
   
• Points are not be granted retrospectively before Hotelzon Loyalty Club membership
   
• Loyalty Club member will be informed about the earned points at regular intervals by e-mail (twice a year)
   
• Gift orders can be made twice a year, after receiving the membership letter. There are dates given when you can select the gifts
   
• Club points can also be saved for the future. The points won’t due
   
• If you wish to resign from the club please send us an asiakasklubi [at] hotelzon [dot] fi (subject: e-mail) (e-mail)
   
• Hotelzon Finland Oy reserves the right to make changes to the gift collection without a separate notice
   
• When the company has joined the company club or companie has denied the loyalty club membership, the employees can not be in the bookers club
   
• If the company has decided to end the cooperation with Hotelzon, it is company’s responsibility to inform the employees and possible club members about the change. Hotelzon Loyalty Club gives the club members the opportunity to use their points before the cooperation will end. In practice this means, that club members can order gifts from “always available gifts”, please see selection from here. To be able to make the gift order, Hotelzon Loyalty Club members need to have valid Hotelzon Online passwords
   
• Hotelzon Finland Oy reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Club at a six (6) month's notice.
