Please complete the reservation amendment or cancellation request form below and a member of our customer service team will contact you. Our sales office handles incoming requests from 8:00-16:00, Mon-Fri and will reply within 24 hours or next business day.

If you wish to cancel or amend a booking, the cancellation or amendment should be in accordance with the cancellation and/or amendment policy of the accommodation provider as stated on your Hotelzon Confirmation email.
